Selected Projects

A portfolio of challenges, and what we did about them.

Every project represents a unique combination of objectives, constraints and opportunities. What follows highlights not only finished outcomes but the thinking, planning and execution required to bring an idea successfully into the physical world.

Selected work

The outcome is the visible part. The decisions are the work.

Behind each of these is a set of choices that were made before anything was produced: which substrate survives that environment, how a colour holds across three materials, whether a wall can carry the fixing, and what happens on the day access is only available between six and nine in the morning.

The projects featured here reflect our commitment to quality, problem-solving and collaboration — and to being the people who raise the awkward question early rather than discovering it on site.

How a project runs

Four stages, agreed before anything is produced.

The same sequence whether the job is one window or a forty-site programme. It is what lets us commit to a date and hold it.

01

Understand

Objectives, environment, audience and constraints — including the ones that are internal rather than technical. Nothing is specified yet.

02

Plan

Materials, finishes, colour approach, access and programme, written down and costed. You approve it before production is scheduled.

03

Produce

Manufacture under in-house quality control, checked at each stage from preparation through to finishing rather than only at the end.

04

Install & hand over

Site work by people who were part of the planning, followed by the documentation needed to maintain or repeat it.

Next step

Every project begins with an idea.

If you are looking for a production partner who values quality, craftsmanship and long-term thinking, we would be pleased to hear from you.
